Return and Refund Policy
● If the wrong book is sent, please notify us within 7 days.
● To return a book, the book must be unused and in good condition.
● We only provide refunds in special cases.

● ভুল বই পাঠানো হলে ৭ দিনের মধ্যে আমাদেরকে জানান।
● বই ফেরত দেওয়ার জন্য বইটি অব্যবহৃত এবং যথাযথ অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে।
● আমরা শুধুমাত্র বিশেষ ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড প্রদান করি।
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
ক্ষতি বা ভুল পণ্য পেলে কী করবেন
আপনার অর্ডার পাওয়ার পর ভালোভাবে পরীক্ষা করুন। যদি পণ্যটি নষ্ট, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ভুল হয়ে থাকে, তাহলে অবিলম্বে আমাদের জানান যেন আমরা সমস্যাটি মূল্যায়ন করে সমাধান করতে পারি।
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

আপনার কাঙ্ক্ষিত পণ্য পেতে দ্রুত উপায় হলো—বর্তমান পণ্যটি রিটার্ন করে, নতুন পণ্যের জন্য আলাদাভাবে অর্ডার করা।
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

রিফান্ড (ফেরত) নীতি
আমরা আপনার রিটার্ন পণ্য পাওয়ার পর তা যাচাই করে জানিয়ে দিবো রিফান্ড অনুমোদিত হয়েছে কি না।
অনুমোদিত হলে, আপনার মূল পেমেন্ট মেথডে ১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে রিফান্ড পাঠিয়ে দিবো।
আপনার ব্যাংক বা ক্রেডিট কার্ড প্রতিষ্ঠানের রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়াকরণে কিছুটা সময় লাগতে পারে।
